1. What kind of football jerseys do you offer?

We offer a wide range of football jerseys for your favourite clubs and national teams. Our collection includes a variety of sizes and designs to suit every fan.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. We currently offer three options:

Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days (free)

Express shipping: 10-15 business days (€9.99)

Express shipping: 5-12 business days (€24.99)

Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframes. However, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team — we will be happy to help you track your shipment.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you receive the package, you can contact our customer service for help within 14 days. We will provide you with some solutions that will satisfy you. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy .

4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

6. Are the jerseys original?

We do not offer official branded products, but our jerseys are high-quality replicas that look just as good as the originals.

7. How to maintain the jersey?

1. The name, number and patches on the jersey and shorts are heat-pressed onto the jerseys, making them relatively fragile.

For this reason, we recommend washing the jersey by hand, as the washing machine will remove the print.

If you want to machine wash, please turn the jerseys inside out when washing them. 2. Do not wash the printed or embossed area too hard and do not expose the jerseys to the sun for a long time. In addition, when you are not wearing it, please put the jerseys away. 

 3. If the printed material peels off, straighten the jersey, cover the letters and numbers with clean and non-stick plastic paper or stencil, and iron it at 150° for 7-8 seconds. If it doesn't work, iron it again.
